1/4 cup (40g) chia seeds
1 cup (240ml) almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons (15g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (30ml) maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1: Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Step 2: Refrigerate
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens and forms a pudding-like consistency.
Step 3: Serve
Once chilled and set, divide the chocolate chia pudding into serving cups or bowls. Optionally, top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy!
